At Alfa Industrial, we were recently engaged by a well-known client in the automotive industry to design, manufacture, ship and commission on-site final product assembly trolleys.

These vehicle assembly trolleys were tailor made, designed to integrate with the client’s AGV (automatically guided vehicle). The key design criteria was to safely clamp the chassis of the vehicle in place, enabling rotation of the vehicle chassis and allowing the chassis to be lowered and lifted for safe, ergonomic use at height for the assembly workers. 

This project was key in allowing our client to streamline their operations, increasing productivity while ensuring safety for their staff as the utmost priority.
