Conveyor crossover step ups for automotive engineering

Project: We produced tailor made conveyor crossover step ups for the automotive engineering industry
Client: Client in the Automotive Industry
Sector: Automotive
Key Elements: Design, Manufacture, Fabrication

We were engaged by a well known client in the automotive industry to develop a tailored solution for their facility. Our team designed and manufactured conveyor crossover step ups to assist facility personnel in safely stepping over conveyor systems. We specified the required dimensions of the design so that the dimensions of the step-ups were governed by building regulations part K.

The conveyor crossover step ups were ergonomically designed to ensure use was as safe and comfortable as possible. The initial design work was carried out using Solidworks and all following manufacturing and fabrication work was UKCA certified.
