From the fabrication of a product assembly trolley, to the welding of an overhead conveyor system, steel fabrication is at the heart of everything we do at Alfa Industrial. We work with a variety of industries such as automotive and pharmaceutical, to provide expert fabrication services wherever they are required.

Our steel fabricators are all trained with both the latest technology and traditional techniques to supply optimum results every time. We ensure all fabrication work is done within the desired timeframe. Plus, we can work outside of usual operating hours to reduce disruption to day-to-day business.

Alfa Industrial metal fabricators

While our metal fabricators are adapted to carry out regular fabrication work, we also work on more complex fabrication projects. Our team have worked on a variety of projects from made-to-measure crossover step-ups to complex production line work.

Our team can design, manufacture, fabricate and install any project work  required in your facility, office or retail space. Our full turnkey approach ensures added safety while working on your premises and a seamless process from enquiry to final product. Whether you are looking for fabrication of metal railings or the replacement of a full metal structure, our team can help. We will take control of the project from start to finish, saving you time, money and stress.

CNC Laser Cutter

Certain projects will require precise cutting of extremely intricate shapes, sometimes in large quantities. This is why we have invested heavily in our laser cutting capabilities with our CNC Laser and 3K Fibre Laser. These allow us to deliver an extremely fast service on even the largest projects that require accurate laser cutting.

FAQs

What is fabrication?

Fabrication is the construction of goods by combining parts. It does this by using a number of different processes.

For example, steel fabrication involves creating metal structures through a variety of techniques. This includes cutting, bending, welding (MIG and TIG) and assembling. A full assembly composed of smaller subassemblies with widely accessible standard sections is formed through metal fabrication. We can assist you with any fabrication services that you require.

What is sheet metal laser cutting?

Laser cutting is the most efficient method of cutting sheets of metal. The process consists of pointing the laser cutter at a sheet of metal. The beam will melt the material, allowing it to be cut.

A predetermined path will be measured out. This allows for more complex and intricate designs to be cut from the material. The process will be done extremely accurately and quickly. The operator will then remove the parts from the sheet to complete the process.

What is an example of metal fabrication?

An example of fabrication being used is steel staircases with mezzanine floors. This can be an effective way to increase production and storage areas.
